Here are a few additional tips:
1.The prices for the Nagano ski bus have increased significantly, so I wouldn’t recommend using it.
If the prices remain the same as last year, I would suggest taking the airport bus instead.
2.Accommodations usually become available for booking on the 1st of the previous month. This is just my assumption, so I recommend checking Booking.com and Agoda frequently.
We booked "Seisenso" through Booking.com, and "Tokiwaya" through their official website.
3.The public baths in the onsen village are very cold, and the hot spring water is extremely hot. The faucets only have cold water, with no hot water option.
It's worth the experience, but I wouldn’t recommend bathing here regularly.
4.The bus schedule from Iiyama to Nozawa is only available until December 31, 2024. Please check the link below for updated schedules.
