Hi everyone,
This is my collage assignment for week 5 of the #2025CWP challenge being hosted by Margarete Miller ( see below for details, if the #2025CWP challenge is new to you and/or if you’re interested in taking part).
The prompts set for this week’s assignment were as follows:
1. ‘A dictionary page’ ~ A little portion from my stash.
2. ‘Something you can’t do without’ ~ A few items embroidery related; a
needle, thread and a small portion from a fabric snippet roll.
3. ‘Something crinkled’ ~ A piece from a Burda sewing pattern.
4. ‘A drawing or a sketch’ ~ Going with the sewing theme, I chose a
drawing of a spool of thread.
5. ‘Something circular’ ~ A vintage Sylco spool of thread label.
Bonus: ‘A piece of wrapping paper’ ~ A rather busy, but nonetheless gorgeous, piece of left over wrapping paper.
