我從頭城老街出發，沿著昔日漢人拓墾噶瑪蘭平原的路線，經過二圍、湯圍、三圍、四圍，到五圍（宜蘭市），走超過20公里，花了7.5小時（含休息），沿途經過的主要景點有：頭城老街、頭城天主堂、頂埔林朝宗古厝、礁溪地景公園、台灣銀行礁溪訓練中心、礁溪天主堂、礁溪協天廟、番割田黃氏古厝、吳沙故居、武暖石板橋、宜蘭車站，丟丟噹廣場等景點。
I started from Toucheng Old Street, along the route of the former Han people to reclaim the Kavalan Plain, through Erwei, Tangwei, Sanwei, Siwei, to Wuwei (Yilan City). It took 7.5 hours to walk more than 20 kilometers (including Rest), the main attractions along the way are: Toucheng Old Street, Toucheng Catholic Church, Dingpu Lin Chaozong Old House, Jiaoxi Scenic Park, Bank of Taiwan Jiaoxi Training Center, Jiaoxi Catholic Church, Jiaoxi Xietian Temple, Fangetian Huang's Old House, Wusha's former residence, Wunuan Stone Bridge, Yilan Station, Diudiudang Square and other attractions.
