22週で生まれた娘【病み期】 postpartum depression
病み期、病み期、病み期。。。。
今思えば産後うつだったのかもしれません😞
眠れない日が続き、その間にみいちゃんはどんどん成長していたのに、
私は自分でいっぱいいっぱいの状態で、、、長女のめいにも当たってしまいました。
夫くんと言い合いしたり、泣いたり、怒ったり、励ましあったり、
毎日があっという間に過ぎていきました。
2ヶ月ほどこんな状態が続き、
ある日、みいちゃんが笑ってくれた事が、
病み期を乗り越えるきっかけになりました。
その後に、退院に向けての話が初めて出てきました。
