Jo and Guy head out on a roadtrip to the beautiful country of Wales for fresh air and mountain climbing, and it all goes horribly wrong for Guy as he has a panic attack at the top of Snowdon! Panic attacks are the most horrible and unpredictable things, and we send all our love and support to anyone who suffers from them, no matter how big or small.
