આજે આપણે બનાવીશું કાઠિયાવાડના ભાવનગરના ખૂબ જ પ્રખ્યાત સફેદ ક્રીસ્પી તેમ છતા પોચા #ભાવનગરી_ગાંઠિયા જે ખાસ બારેમાસ ફરસાણ નમકીન તરીકે બનાવવામા આવે છે . આ #ગાંઠીયા આજે અમારા મોટા બેન પાસેથી બનાવતા શીખીશું એ પણ ઓરીજીનલ કાઠિયાવાડી રીત અને સ્વાદ સાથે . જે સ્વાદ માં એકદમ ચટાકેદાર , ઉપરથી ક્રીસ્પી અને અંદરથી પોચા રૂ જેવા બને છે .
INGREDIENTS for #Bhavnagari_Gathiya
#Ganthiya_recipe
6 full cups besan - 6.5 cups total
2 tbsp Ajwain
1.5 tbsp black paper powder
1 tbsp Soda ash
1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
6 tbsp oil for moin
1 tbsp salt approximately or add per taste
Water as required
Peanut oil for frying or any oil
