This is a 25 min all standing arm sculpt workout with dumbbells. This workout is suitable for all levels. I recommend using ~5lbs for beginners and 10+ lbs for more intermediate to advanced. You may also use 2 sets (one heavier, one lighter) and switch when indicated.
