25 Mins Advanced Rebounding Circuits & Weights on a JumpSport Trampoline - Are You Ready for This?!

Advanced Rebounding with weights has been one that our Website members have decided is titled correctly as Advanced! Working on a circuit, we have 20 exercises where are working for 50 secs, therefore only resting for 10 secs. This circuit session is going to Just about give you enough time to take some deep breaths before we go again. I am using a 1kg dumbbell but feel free to challenge yourself to try heavier. Let me know in the comments below, what you chose.
