പത്താം ക്ലാസ് പഠനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയശേഷം സുധിൻ ITCയിൽ ചേർന്നു. അവിടെനിന്നും AC മെക്കാനിക് കോഴ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കി. പിതാവ് തളർന്ന് കിടപ്പായതോടെ വീടിന്റെ ചുമതല സുധിന്റെ മേലായി. AC മെക്കാനിക് ജോലിയിൽനിന്നുള്ള വരുമാനം പോരാതെവന്നതോടെ ഹോട്ടലിൽ ജോലിക്ക് കേറി. ചില സാഹചര്യങ്ങളാൽ അവിടെനിന്നും ഇറങ്ങേണ്ടിവന്നു. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ജോലിക്ക് ചേർന്നു. അവിടെനിന്നും ലഭിച്ച സ്പാർക്കിൽനിന്നും പണം കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന സെക്യൂരിറ്റി വാഹനം സ്വന്തമാക്കി.
അവിടെനിന്നും പടിപടിയായി ഉയർന്ന സുധിന് വിലപിടിപ്പുള്ള വസ്തുക്കൾ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന നൂറോളം വാഹനങ്ങളും 250ൽപരം ജീവനക്കാരുമുണ്ട്. കേരളത്തിൽ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ബിസിനസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരേയൊരാൾ സുധിനാണ്. സുധിന്റെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാപനമായ ബ്രൈറ്റ് അസ്സെറ്റ് ട്രാൻസിസ്‌റ്റ് പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡിന്റേയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ..
