Join me for a 26 hour call shift and find out what a day in the life of a doctor is really like! This Saturday I'm on call with a wonderful team of residents and medical students, admitting patients from the emergency department to hospital and managing emergencies in the hospital. Today there were TWO code blues over night. These are medical emergencies attended by doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and anesthesiology.
