This 28 minute full body, low impact walk at home workout is a good combo of cardio + strength exercises. Throughout the workout, we'll combine the cardio with strength exercises. At the 17 minute mark, we'll pick up a light set of weights to complete the workout with upper body exercises while still moving our lower body for cardio. Balance and flexibility is also included to make this another all-in-one workout. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2654 steps.
