This vegetarian thali is also perfect for bachelors, beginners, stay-at-home mothers, and those who need to rush to work in the morning. This delicious vegetarian thali can be quickly and easily prepared at home using the ingredients listed below. I have included some pointers to ensure that your thali turns out perfectly. 1 Cup Tovar Dal
2 cups Water
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Ghee on High flame
1 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Hing
Salt
For Bendakaya fry:
4-5 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp mustard
2 Dry Chilies
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Hing
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
2 Potato cubes
350 gms Bhindi
Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
Pachimirchi Pachadi:
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Chana Dal
1/2 tbsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 cup Bajji Mirchi
3/4 cup Regular spicy Chilies
Lemon size Tamarind
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt
For Tempering:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
1 Dry Chili
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Hing
1 sprig Curry leaves
Small fist Coriander
For Vamu Charu:
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
1 tbsp Coriander
2 Dry Chilies
1 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 Dry Chili
1/8 Hing
1 sprig Curry leaves
1/2 litre Tamarind Water(extracted from 50 gms tamarind)
Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 cup Cooked Dal
