INGREDIENTS:
* Jaggery (गुड़) - 150 grams
* Water (पानी) - 3/4 cup
* Millet Flour (बाजरे का आटा) - 200 grams/1 cup
* Maize Flour (मक्के का आटा) - 1/2 cup
* White Sesame Seeds (सफेद तिल)
* Salt (नमक)
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
RECIPE:
Cut the Jaggery in small pieces & put it in a vessel. Add Water to it & cook it till it melts. Turn off the flame & take some Millet Flour, put a pinch of Salt, White Sesame Seeds & add Jaggery Syrup gradually & bind the dough.
In the same way, take some Maize Flour, put some White Sesame Seeds, a pinch of Salt & add some Jaggery Syrup to bind the dough.
Make dough balls from the dough & roll them. Give them any shape & fry them in the medium heated Oil till they turn golden.
In this way, Crispy Cookies will get ready & you can enjoy it for long time.
