In this video, Dusty shows you 3 different lacing techniques for running shoes. There are many different ways to lace your running shoes but these 3 fix some of the more common issues runners face. The first lacing technique is known as the heel lock or runner's loop and is probably the most common lacing technique. Like the name suggests, the heel lock will lock in the heel and prevent your heel slipping while running. Second is diagonal lacing, which can take pressure off of your big toe while running. Lastly, parallel lacing can help relieve pressure if your shoe feels too narrow or your feet have a tendency to swell while running.
