Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
00:00:00 Recipe 1:
Cashew 90 gr. (1/2 cup).
10 dates.
Fill with cold water for 15 minutes.
Remove the middle of the dates.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar-free apple syrup.
Grind in a blender.
Put the mixture in an ice cube tray with a silicone bottom.
Make indentations.
Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
70 gr. (1/2 cup) sugar-free chocolate.
Melt in a water bath.
1.5 tablespoons of oat milk.
Mix.
Put the chocolate in a piping bag.
Pour the chocolate into the mold's recesses.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Recipe with three ingredients:
70 gr. (2/3 cup) walnuts.
100 gr. (2/3 cup) dates.
Fill with cold water for 15 minutes.
Remove the center.
Grind in a blender.
Form into balls.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
40 gr. (1/4 cup) dark chocolate without sugar.
Melt in a water bath.
Add ¼ teaspoon.
Mix.
Dip the balls in chocolate.
Decorate with nuts.
Use paper molds.
