In this 30 Min Intense Bodyweight HIIT Cardio | Endurance & Combo Moves Workout, we’ll complete 4 total bundles. Each bundle consists of 6 movements, performed once, followed by 1 cardio movement immediately after each. You’ll perform each movement for 30 seconds, with a 20-second break after each dumbbell movement, and 30 seconds of rest between bundles. This is a fun yet challenging bodyweight HIIT workout that will keep your heart rate elevated throughout the 30 minutes!
