Join me for this pilates workout that will ignite every muscle in your body. This class is perfect for all levels and will combine both yoga and pilates for that full-body yogalates glow that feels SO good. Yogalates is one of my favorite ways to engage not only the core, but also the legs, back, and upper body for strength and stability. While you exercise the muscles, this class will also help you to focus on the breath, encouraging the inhale and exhale to guide and fuel your movements. We will keep things interesting by moving through mat-based core exercises, standing reps, glute burns, and stretches to cool down at the end.
