大安港, 舊稱「勞施港」, 又稱「螺絲港」(lôo-si-káng)、「鷺鷥港」(līng-si-káng), 相傳源自平埔族「勞施社」的音譯，開港於清雍正九年 (1731), 已有將近三百年的歷史。漢人移民祈求船運平安, 而改名為「大安港」，清代設有「海墘厝庄 」。海墘聚落，是擁有三百年歷史的古聚落。
Da'an Port, formerly known as "Rao Shi Port", also known as "lôo-si-káng" and "līng-si-káng" ， is said to be derived from the transliteration of "Lao Shi Tribe" of the Pingpu people , opened in the ninth year of Emperor Yongzheng (1731) of the Qing Dynasty, and has a history of nearly 300 years. Han immigrants prayed for safe shipping, and renamed it "Da'an Port" (Port of Big Safety). In the Qing Dynasty, "Haiqian Village" was established. Haiqian village is an ancient settlement with a history of 300 years.
