20 Challenging days on a 300km adventure Camping, Fishing, Exploring, Canoeing & Cooking Wild Trout in the Extreme Arctic Wilderness with @JimBairdAdventurer The survival aspect of this trip involves the need for roughly 1/3 of or food to come from fishing for the trip to be possible. We canoe camp along the Hood River traversing from the Extreme Head water Lake to the Arctic Ocean. Along route we Encounter an abundance of wildlife such as Caribou, Moose, Arctic Wolf, Grizzly Bear, Lake Trout, Arctic Grayling & More. We discover Inuit artifacts, still untouched and frozen in time. We begin in Yellowknife Northwest Territories Canada and take a float plane 4 hours into Nunavut. Arguably the most remote place on earth, Nunavut has zero roads and a total population of only 39,000 with a land mass slightly smaller than all of Mexico or three times the size of Texas with the Biggest and only city Iqualit, having just 8000 residence. The only way to travel in the region is by plane or boat in Summer. The remaining area is true untouched Remote Extreme wilderness arguably the most left on the planet, it is truly Sacred pure wilderness.
