『私は、身体ではない。なぜなら』

I am not the body, because...
That is because all the cells in my body are replaced every few years.
I am in a similar body, but a completely different body.
This is proof that I am not the body.
(Of course, I am.
You could also say I am the body.
But it means that I am not just a physical existence.)

私は、身体ではない。なぜなら
全身の細胞が、数年間で、入れ替わっているから。
似たような、身体ですけど、
まったく、異なる身体の中に、
私は、います。
『これは、私は、身体でない』
ことの証明です。
（もちろん、私は。身体とも言える。
けれど、身体的な、存在だけではない、という意味です）
