GF SUGAR COOKIES:
INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 cups gluten free flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup maple sugar
1 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup butter (softened)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingeredients together until well combined.
3. Scoop small amounts of dough into hand & form little circle shaped cookies & gently flatten them.
4. Place the dough onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. The bottoms should be lightly browned. Place on a cooling rack. Once cooled you can eat as is or top with icing & serve. ENJOY!
