การเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ ให้ประสบผลสำเร็จต้องมีปัจจัยอยู่ 3 ประการ คือการพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ อาหาร และการจัดการโดยเฉพาะอาหารเป็นต้นทุนหลักสำหรับการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ หากจะช่วยในการลดต้นทุนอาหารสำหรับผู้เลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำแอปพลิเคชั่นสำหรับการสร้างสูตรอาหารสัตว์น้ำ (3Fs) ช่วยให้เกษตรกรสามารถสร้างสูตรอาหารเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำที่เหมาะสมกับวัตถุดิบที่มีอยู่ตามแต่ละพื้นที่ ช่วยให้ต้นทุนการผลิตลดลง เพิ่มมูลค่าจากของเหลือใช้ เพิ่มมูลค่าวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่น และสามารถคำนวณต้นทุนการผลิตอาหารต่อกิโลกรัมได้ สอบถามได้ที่ รศ. เจษฏา อิสเหาะ และนายพุทธสงฆ์ สังข์วรรณ ภาควิชาเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ คณะประมง มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โทร. 08-9113-4991 ,0-2579-2924
The Application for Creating Recipes for Aquaculture Feeds (3Fs)
In order to make aquaculture successful, there must be three key factors: aquaculture, food, and management. In particular, food is the main cost for aquaculture, therefore, it is certain that 3Fs will help in reducing feed costs for aquaculture fisheries. The application for creating recipes for aquaculture feeds (3Fs) will allow fish farmers to create suitable recipes for aquaculture feeds with local ingredients. Also, the 3Fs application will help reduce the production costs, increase the value of the waste, add more value to local ingredients, and the cost of food production can be calculated in kilogram.
