芋香内馅:
150克 芋泥
60克 糖
1茶匙 燕菜粉 (3克)
1茶匙 即溶果冻粉(3克)
250毫升 清水
一小撮 盐
1茶匙 玉米粉
紫薯外皮:
130克 紫薯泥
70克 白糖
3茶匙 燕菜粉
1茶匙 即溶果冻粉(3克)
1茶匙 玉米粉
150毫升 淡奶(可以150毫升椰浆代替)
550毫升清水

150g Mashed Taro
60g sugar
1 tsp agar-agar powder(3g)
1 tsp instant jelly powder (3g)
250ml water
pinch of salt
1 tsp corn flour
Purple sweet potato skin:
130g purple potato puree
70g white sugar
3 tsp agar-agar powder (9g)
1 tsp instant jelly powder (3g)
1 tsp corn flour
150ml evaporated milk (you can substitute 150ml coconut milk)
550ml water

分量:40-42粒(小燕菜月饼模)
Ingredients 材料:
材料A (菊花茶)*:
10克 干菊花 (洗净)
900毫升 水
****煮10分钟左右,焖15分钟****
材料B (燕菜糕):
10克/1包 燕菜粉
3克 konnyaku果冻粉
100克 糖
罐头龙眼
菊花茶
枸杞
小提示:
1. 菊花和龙眼水的总量是1000毫升,不要超过,不然燕菜脆度会不够,燕菜也比较容易出水
2. 甜度可跟自己喜好做加减
3. 混合燕菜粉才煮,燕菜粉就能完整煮溶无粒状

Tips:
1. The total amount of chrysanthemum and longan water is 1000ml, do not exceed it, otherwise the crispness of the agar-agar will not be enough, and the agar-agar will be easier waterly.
