SHEVY’S WATERMELON SALAD
Ingredients:
- 4 cups watermelon chunks
-1 cup baby tomatoes (sliced in halves)
-2 cups green bell peppers (diced)
-½ cup cilantro (minced)
-Juice and zest of 1 Lime

Optional:
-Jalapeno peppers
-Drizzle of olive oil

Directions:
-Prepare and add all ingredients together
-Let marinate for at least an hour if possible
-Enjoy!
