🍳Express Christmas Canapés Recipe with tartlets, step by step:

1️⃣ For the first tartlet, put the peppers, walnuts, cream cheese, honey, paprika and cumin in the glass of your hand blender. Blend very well. Then, add a splash of olive oil and blend again. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to thicken before assembling the canapé (if you don't have time, you can thicken it by adding a little dry bread crumb or more walnuts). Using a pastry bag with a curly nozzle, fill the 8 tartlets. Decorate each one with some poppy seeds in the center, 3 thin slices of gherkins on one side and a thin strip of pepper on the other.
2️⃣ For the second flavor, chop the cranberries together with the pistachios in your food processor. Put them in a bowl. Put the cream cheese, goat cheese and cream in the food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour over the chopped nuts and mix. Fill the tartlets with the cheese (I used a pastry bag with a curly nozzle). Decorate with a little crushed pistachio in the centre, a whole pistachio on one side and behind it place two pieces of chives.
3️⃣ For the third option, put the artichokes, caramelised onion and a pinch of salt in the blender glass. Blend very well. Then, strain the mixture so there are no threads. Fill the tartlets with the help of a pastry bag, in this case without a nozzle. Decorate by placing a piece of asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham on top.
4️⃣ For the last canapé, blend the pâté, cream cheese and cream in your food processor. Fill the tartlets with a pastry bag with a curly nozzle. Decorate with a mini triangle of cheese stuck on one side and a thin strip of quince on the other.

👌 Notes for making these Christmas canapés with tartlets or vol-au-vents:

🎄You have to fill the tartlets before serving, otherwise they will soften and lose freshness. You can have the mixtures prepared in advance, stored in the refrigerator, the day before.

🎄You can serve the different creams as spreads if you prefer. You can also fill vol-au-vents.
