After a long day, you stand in front of the kitchen clueless with many questions. “What should I eat today?” “What should I cook?” But I want our meal to be warm and simple. Because sometimes simple is best. Try preparing a simple egg dish today.

- Ingredients : 2 Egg, 2 Steamed rice, 1/2 Green onion, 1/3(60g) Spam ham, Sesame seeds, Cooking oil
- Seasoning : 1tbsp Oyster sauce, Salt and pepper
1. Slice the green onions thinly. Then cut spam into small cubes.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and make the egg mixture.
3. Grease a heated pan and stir-fry green onions for 1 minute, then stir-fry with spam.
4. Pour the egg mixture on one side of the pan and gently scramble the eggs.
5. Add rice and seasoning ingredients and stir-fry evenly.

- Ingredients : 4 White bread, 3 Egg, 2 Cheddar slice cheese, 2 Sliced ham, 4 Cabbage, 1/4 Carrot, 1/3 Onion, 2 Spring onion, 1tbsp Butter, 2tbsp Ketchup, 1tbsp Apple jam, 1tsp Sugar, Salt and pepper
1. Slice cabbage thinly, soak in cold water, and remove moisture from the cabbage.
2. Dice the carrots and onions and chop the green onions.
3. Put three eggs, salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly with carrots, onions, green onions, green onions, and cabbage.
4. Melt the butter in a pan and toast the bread evenly on both sides.
5. Melt the butter in a pan once again and cook the egg evenly on both sides until they are about the size of the bread, and slightly cook the sliced ham.

- Seasoning : 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1tsp Salt
1. Dice the carrots and onions and chop the green onions.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with chopsticks and put them through a strainer. Mix seasoning ingredients and kelp water well to make an egg mixture and mix them with vegetables.
3. Lightly apply cooking oil to the bottom of a wide square container, pour the egg mixture in, remove any foam that come up to the surface, and put a wrap over it.
4. Pour water into the pot enough to not submerge the container, cover the pot until it starts to boil, and add the container. Steam for 20-25 minutes over medium-low heat.
5. Turn it upside down on the cutting board, cut it into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
