We probably can't compare times from one emulated game to another. *About the recording:* * Windows Capture via Game Bar Win+G then Win+Alt+R. * Monitor is 2560x1440 @ 144Hz in Windows so Capture is set to "Standard" quality and "30fps" with RegEdit changes for 720p 4000kbps target. (2GB per hour.) * Uploaded the resulting MP4 from "Videos\Captures" folder to YouTube. * GT2 USA v1.1 running in DuckStation with lots of custom config, including the GT Hi-Fi cheat code for 60fps. * Camera in Options: "Chase 2" with "Standard" view angle. * Xbox 1 Wireless Controller over BlueTooth. RC car controls: Left stick steering with right stick throttle and shoulder button (L1 R1) gear change, set as a "NeGcon" in DuckStation to reduce deadzone. *Laptop specs:* * ASUS GL702VMK (2017, repasted on raised feet) * CPU: Intel i7-7700HQ (undervolted and Turbo de-tuned) * RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400MHz (2x8GB Kingston HyperX) * GPU: nVidia GTX 1060 (very underclocked and slightly undervolted) * OS: Windows 10 64-bit * Monitor: 27 inch Asus PG329Q, set as primary screen in Windows, 1440p144Hz. * NVMe Storage (game): 500GB Samsung OEM 950-ish * SSD Storage (capture): 500GB Crucial MX100 (only 200GB free) * WiFi: Intel 8260 802.11ac (obsolete - usually on Ethernet since 2024) * ISP: Community Fibre 1 Gig up/down
