Move over Custom Objects…HubSpot introduced the new Object Library with four brand-new objects—Appointments, Courses, Listings and Services—for further customization and data storage opportunities.
What does this mean? Before the Object Library was introduced, users who had unique data or associations had to upgrade to Enterprise and create a Custom Object for anything that didn't fit into the default Contacts, Companies, Deals and Tickets objects. Now, Activatable Objects are bridging the gap.
Need inspiration? Don't get hung up on the names used for the objects! Just because the object is named "Services" doesn't mean you have to use it for that purpose—if your internal teams understand that "Services" is your HubSpot portal's code for "License Keys," have at it.
