This 40-minute INTERMEDIATE PILATES CLASS will tone your entire body without any equipment! This INTENSE FULL BODY WORKOUT can be done at home or anywhere you want! We are going to move through a series of strong pilates postures, mixed with some yoga stretches and other body weight exercises! Keep your breath connected to your movements at all times and find your own rhythm. We are going to tone our arms, shoulders, core, back, legs & booty today and I hope you can feel the burn by the end of this pilates workout! Warm Up and Cool Down are included!
