Today we have a low-impact toning routine set to the rhythm of the music.
In each track, we will work on two muscle groups—for example, glutes and back—and continue with similar combinations in each sequence.
This routine is jump-free, and we’ll use 3 kg and 5 kg dumbbells (you can adjust the weight according to your current fitness level).
It’s a way to engage all your muscles while protecting your joints in a balanced and efficient manner.
