$400 Barn Find: Reviving a 14ft Alloy Boat and 30HP Motor

I purchased this14 foot alloy boat with a 30 hp outboard motor $400.
It had been sitting in a barn for many years so will need a lot of repairs. Lets see if it runs and floats.
