Get ready for a full-body burn with this 45-minute Dumbbell + Ankle Weights Home Workout — no jumping! We’ll hit both lower and upper body to build strength, tone muscles, and boost endurance — all from home.

Workout breakdown:
• Warm-up: 6 exercises — 30 sec work / 10 sec rest
• Lower body (dumbbells + ankle weights):
• 6 exercises — 45 sec work / 15 sec rest — 30 sec break
• 7 exercises — 45 sec work / 15 sec rest — 30 sec break
• 8 exercises — 45 sec work / 15 sec rest — 60 sec break
• During the 60 sec break, remove ankle weights and switch to lighter dumbbells.
• Upper body (lighter dumbbells): 15 exercises — 45 sec work / 15 sec rest
• Cool down: 6 exercises — 30 sec work / 10 sec rest

Equipment used:
• Dumbbells: 6 kg (~13 lb) for lower body
• Dumbbells: 4 kg (~9 lb) for upper body
• Ankle weights: 2 kg (~4.5 lb) each
