四国を流れる吉野川。坂東太郎と呼ばれる利根川、筑紫次郎と呼ばれる筑後川と共に、四国三郎と呼ばれる日本三大暴れ川。清く強い流れと大きな岩が水中に点在していることで良型鮎の宝庫になっていて、多くの鮎師が全国から訪れる。特にシーズン終盤には、いわゆる尺鮎が狙える川だ。全国の良型鮎狙いで釣行を重ねる瀬釣り師「坂本禎」さんと、最強トーナメンターの「小澤剛」さんの同世代コンビが、2022年9月の吉野川を攻める。吉野川上流部の美しく強い流れの中で大きく育った尺鮎を追って名手2人が奮闘する！
