Anthony did a different vocal mix in this version and has added outtakes from my various attempts to record. This song had an unusual vocal rhythm to imitate, and I did my best. I think the song was within my range, but trying to get all of the syllables in some places was double challenge- from both a bit of asthma to matching the frantic irregular meter. Still, I think it came out mostly okay. lol
Anthony was not sure if we should do this song as he worried some diehard The Jam fans, of which he is one might get surly at daring to make a parody of such a deeply loved song. We did it anyway.
