定番ティラミスの材料は、卵黄や生クリーム、マスカルポーネチーズ、と乳製品たっぷりでできています。
食べるとニキビができる方もいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。
今回の私のティラミスクリームは、ココナツと豆腐が約半々でできたヘルシーバージョン。
ティラミスは、四角い器にレディフィンガーをしいていくのが定番ですが、今回は丸い器を使ったので、器のサイズに合わせたスポンジで作りました。
あまり甘くなく、薄くしとっとした生地で、単品で食べるよりも土台むきに作っていますが、もしも余って単品で食べるわ、という場合は、オーブンやトースターでカリッとするまで焼いてください。（焦げないように注意）サクサクしてあと引くクッキーになります。

The ingredients of classical tiramisu are egg yolk, whipped cream, mascarpone cheese... plenty of dairy products.
I think some people may get acne when they eat it like me before.
This time my tiramisu cream is a healthy version made of tofu and coconut milk.
For tiramisu, it is standard to use cakes shaped lady finger, but this time I'm making round cake for matching it to the round dish.
This cake is for tiramisu as it isn't sweet and moist. But if you want to eat it, bake it in the oven until crispy. (Be careful not to burn it) It will be a crispy cookie and I love it.
