餅乾塔底:
無鹽奶油 80克
糖粉 35克
煉乳 5克
蛋液 20克
低筋麵粉 170克
布丁液:
動物性鮮奶油 100克
全脂牛奶 90克
鹽 一小撮
蛋黃 2顆
煉乳 25克
模具
大顆: 8.5CM布丁杯
小顆: 學廚迷你20連馬芬烤盤
小顆使用烤箱:
溫度 攝氏200度 約20分鐘
大顆使用氣炸鍋:
溫度 攝氏180度 約25分鐘
每個電器皆會有溫差

Pudding liquid:
100g animal whipping cream
90g whole milk
a pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
condensed milk 25g
mold
Large: 8.5CM pudding cup
Small pieces: Learning Kitchen Mini 20 Muffin Baking Pans
Small pellets using the oven:
Temperature 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes
For large grains use the air fryer:
Temperature 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes
