Welcome aboard SBB's new flagship for InterRegio (IR) and RegioExpress (RE) services, the RABe 512! The newest version of the well-known Stadler KISS series takes us from Zürich to Schaffhausen on the RE48 route. With only two stops in between, it is a quick connection between the two terminus stations as well as Bülach, an important hub for public transport in the Zürich Lowlands, with connections to neighbouring towns. A quiet late-morning trip on this new train awaits us. If you happen to take this train in real life, make sure to sit on the right-hand side for the best view of Rhine Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in Europe.
