4K cab view footage of a new commuter express train on the Shizuoka Railway Shimizu Line, from Shin-Shimizu to Shin-Shizuoka.
The express service on the Shizutetsu Shimizu Line was discontinued in 1996, but in 2011 express operation was restored only on weekday mornings.
In addition, a new commuter express service has been put into operation.
The express service was suspended in 2020 due to COVID-19 influences,, but was successfully restored in the March 2025 timetable revision!
At the same time, express-only musical horns can now be heard.
