每個月21日的弘法市（8:30-17:30）
兩個集市有什麼不同呢，第一個週日的集市，攤位較少，由於租金低，所以貨品價格便宜，容易檢漏
弘法市是京都每月兩大集市之一，比較盛大，貨品更多更全，攤位較多。
交通：
71,78,19號公車（京都車站前） → 71,78,19號公車（東寺東門前）
16號公車（京都車站前） → 16號公車（東寺西門前）
208號公車（京都車站前） → 208號公車（東寺南門前）
東寺距離京都車站其實不遠，騎腳踏車的話，從京都車站出發到東寺大約 15 分鐘內必可到達，東寺的北門可以有免費駐車場（腳踏車），東門進門大樹下面也可以停腳踏車。
