In this video, I explore the vibrant streets of Shibuya on Halloween night, where the atmosphere was lively and festive. Many young people and international tourists were joyfully dressed in elaborate makeup and costumes, parading through Center Gai and other streets while capturing the moment on their cameras. Seeing everyone's smiles made my filming experience enjoyable.
Despite the festive chaos, there was surprisingly little litter, and I didn't encounter any troublemakers or disruptions.
