One Bangkok is a mixed - use commercial development project in the heart of Bangkok, on a 108 - rai land plot owned by the Crown Property Bureau, on the northeast corner of Witthayu Intersection, the intersection of Witthayu Road and Rama IV Road, adjacent to Lumphini Park to the southeast, in the Lumphini Subdistrict , Pathum Wan District . The project consists of three shopping malls, five office buildings, five hotels, three condominiums, a convention center, a museum, and a public park. Developed and managed by One Bangkok Co., Ltd., a joint venture between TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., as part of TCC Group 's Rama IV development project.
After winning the bid for this land plot from the Crown Property Bureau, the project developer from TCC Group signed a land lease agreement on August 21, 2014. The area was then used as a temporary large-scale event space called Lumpini Square from 2015–2016 before the project was launched on April 3, 2017 and construction began on March 8, 2018. The soft opening of some parts of the first phase was later held on March 18, 2024, and the opening ceremony of the first phase was held on October 25, 2024, with the entire project scheduled for completion in 2027.
