60g 炼乳
40g 黄油
30~70g 牛奶
10g 紫薯粉 (选用)

400g 中筋面粉
4g 泡打粉
4g 酵母
50g 色拉油
40g 糖
185g 水
🔥 烤箱中层 170度 ~20分钟 中途翻面一次直到两面金黄
👨🍳 小贴士
👉 加入芋泥的牛奶记得不要一次性加入, 每个人蒸出来的芋泥含水量不同, 慢慢加, 达到视频中的标准就可以。
👉 这款饼皮不需要揉到薄膜啥的, 面团看着光滑就可以, 没有厨师机的朋友, 可以采用 静置揉面静置揉面交替的方式, 很快就可以揉光滑。
👉 烤完放置一天, 回油之后口感最佳! 吃不完的饼可以速冻保存, 一个月内完全没问题的。
👉 个人觉得最好吃的口感是微波炉5秒钟温热的口感最好吃的!

400g Taro
100g Purple Potato
60 g Condensed Milk
40 g Unsalted Butter
30~70g Milk
10g Purple Potato Powder (Optional)
✨ Dough
400g All-purpose
4g Baking Powder
4g Instant Dry Yeast
50g Canola Oil
40g White Sugar
185g Water
* Preheat the Oven at 175°C (340°F) bake for 20 minutes and flip in the middle
📢 Tips and Tricks
* Please use a scale for more accurate ingredients ratio.
* Add the milk in batches till the filling reach the right consistency.
* It is no need to knead the dough like making bread, strong gluten membrane.
* Freeze them if you can't finish. Thaw first and then microwave few seconds will make it perfect!
