【What is Oki Island?】
Oki was recognized as a "World Geopark" on September 9, 2013, and Oki subsequently became an "Oki UNESCO World Geopark" in 2015. The four inhabited islands of the Oki UNESCO World Geopark consist of three islands in the south, Shimamae, and one island in the north, Shimago.
