INGREDIENTS:
egg 3 pcs. + a pinch of salt.
sugar 200 gr.
kefir 250 ml.
grows. oil 100 gr.
vanilla sugar 10 gr.
flour 350 gr.
soda 1 tsp with a hill.
apples 2 pcs. + raisins (optional)
cinnamon 1 tsp
Bake in a frying pan under the lid on the smallest fire for 35-40 minutes. then turn over and bake for another 15-20 minutes, covered. Readiness is checked with a skewer.
