People! You need to talk to your dive instructor before you hand over your money! And here is what you should ask them...
One of the biggest mistakes people make before they start their OW training is not hand-selecting their Instructor. They allow the dive shop or dive center to randomly assign them an Instructor who will be responsible for their training. How do you know if this person is any good?!
I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of taking their Open Water Scuba Certification to ask these 5 questions of anyone they are considering for their Instructor!
