Despite its relative age, the 4th gen Mazda3 is one of the best compact sedans on the market. While it does make notable tradeoffs, it’s still ready to duke it out with the Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Subaru Impreza and Kia Forte. However, the sales of the car paints a more bleak future.
