Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Disclaimer: this may be a sensitive video depending on where you’re at. This video is not meant to be a how-to guide or shame/blame rant. It’s something I’ve been thinking about even posting for a while, and almost didn't upload, because I don’t want anyone to feel called out or unnecessarily triggered by the topics I get into here. With that being said, this needs to be said. The whole point of my content is to show you what life looks like abroad, so, like it or not, this is a part of it. I hope the topics I cover can help you in however way you need them to. If you are in a rough place and your environment isn’t making it any easier, YOU are not alone. This is a topic very near and dear to me not just because of my own experience but because of the experiences my friends and family have endured. It's not easy for anyone, no matter where you fall on the weight spectrum because food, body-care, self-awareness, and growth out of bad habits/vices are all things we will encounter, have encountered, or need to actively work on improving to grow up healthy (/healthier). Please know this has been made with sincere thoughtful intention. Here’s the breakdown: 00:00 — Intro & Disclaimer 01:42 — #1: Not as Enabled with Unnatural Supplements 05:42 — #2: Food is Held in a Higher and Positive Social Regard 09:20 — #3: High-Quality Food (food feels safer) 12:04 — #4: People Look ‘Normal’ aka, in the Middle of the Weight Spectrum (not extremes) 14:49 — #5: People Hold Each Other Properly Accountable 16:37 — Outro & Final Thoughts The original cut was 45 minutes, I’ve condensed it to something I feel is more manageable, let me know.
