This video shares a 50-minute full body flexibility routine to help improve your shoulder, hips, hamstrings and hip flexors. This routine has a mixture of dynamic, active, passive and PNF exercises to help open every single range of motion. Open the shoulders to improve overhead flexibility and improve rounded shoulders and poor posture. Stretch the glutes and unlock the hips. Improve external and internal rotation as well as stretching the adductors. Let the hamstrings get longer and touch your toes. Finally, loosen the hip flexors and work into front splits.
