personal note - I'm a huge advocate for mental health struggles. I just wanted to say ,I have struggled with many issues and there is another side. If you're dealing with any challenge or struggle I want to let you know it's worth the effort investigating a better solution, just stay at. Staying active and busy helps me like making this video, I try to stretch use my mind as much as possible. I probably shouldn't eat ice cream before bed, mediate and minimize those 1am cocktails.
