Every day this family works hard to prepare and cook Khao Lam - a popular Thai dessert that consists of sticky rice mixed with black bean, coconut milk and palm sugar.
So much effort and hard work goes into producing this sweet snack!
First bamboo is harvested and cut into equal length sections, then sticky rice is mixed with black bean, coconut milk and palm sugar and stuffed inside the hollow bamboo.
The bamboo is roasted over a charcoal fire until the sticky rice inside is cooked to perfection.
Then the bamboo is cut open to reveal the yummy sweet dessert waiting inside!
